Can I copy/reference/trace your art?Copying is OK as long as the work isn't posted anywhere. Referencing is also OK as long as you provide credit (feel free to tag me, I'd love to see it!) Tracing is not allowed.
Can I use your art as my pfp/header/wallpaper?Ask me OR the respective character owner if the artwork in question features an OC of theirs.

BY COMMISSIONING, YOU ADHERE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE✦ ORDERING
• Max 2 commissions per slot, this must be discussed beforehand
• You must provide a clear and coloured reference
• Before payment, you must wait until I reply so we can discuss the commission in more detail─────✦ PAYMENT
• Payment will either be made 100% upfront or 100% after sketch approval
• Sketch comms must be paid 100% upfront
• You may not change the subject of your commission (eg. character) after I have received payment• No refunds
• No PayPal chargeback claims─────✦ WORKFLOW & REVISIONS
• After the sketch has been sent, you are responsible for ensuring your order contains the details you want me to follow• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished work if no feedback was given to amend it• I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time• Up to 2 major revisions can be made during the sketching phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards• After the order is completed, minor changes such as certain details are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults
• In the absence of feedback from the client, I will continue with said piece. No changes can be made after the final piece is complete─────✦ FINAL PRODUCT
• There may be slight differences in style between my examples and the artwork you will receive
• I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order• I will be sending the finished artwork via Email and/or Toyhou.se and/or Discord. I am not responsible for any loss of files in any case or form. I may no longer have the files after completion of the project, so be sure to store them properly• I have the right to upload my commissions to public platforms unless explicitly requested not to• The commissioner retains the right to the artwork for personal reasons only. You are not allowed to sell or redistribute my work without my permission• If reposting, make sure I am credited clearly in some form (eg. description)• Ask me if you would like to use the commission in an edit (must be non-commercial)
